Multi Activity Club (MAC)

MAC (Multi Activity Club) for adults and non-mainstream education young people takes place every Thursday 10am-12noon at the Pemberton Centre.  It costs just £3 a session and there are plenty of activities to enjoy (refreshments included).

The club which provides a variety of sports and recreational activities including the use of an (IFI) accredited Gym has an open policy and costs £3 for participants living with a disability.  Entrance price includes refreshments and parents/carers are free.

Regular activities include Archery, Trampoline, Inclusive Fitness Initiative (IFI) Accredited Gym, Boccia, Kurling, Table Tennis, Pool, Air Hockey and Basketball while other activities such as an Inflatable Climbing Wall are available occasionally.

50+ Drop in Sessions

Our Thursday 50+ drop-in social club takes place at the Pemberton Centre from 1pm to 3pm.  Whilst the club still only costs £3 per session, and includes refreshments, NEW from September 2012 is a 50+ Club Combo ticket for just £4.  This will include the 50+ swim at Splash on a Thursday at 3pm.

Why not make the most of the afternoon and come to both?!

Activities available at the Pemberton Centre include include carpet bowls, short tennis, badminton, table tennis, new age kurling and boccia.  You can also try out our inflatable climbing wall and archery (both subject to availability).

All equipment is supplied at the social club so just bring yourself … or better still, bring a group of friends. 

When you arrive, please let Pemberton Reception know if you wish to buy the £4 combo offer as you’ll need to give the ticket provided to Splash when you arrive for the 50+ swim session.
