Activators

The Activators programme at the Nene Centre is a fully supervised gym session designed for all young people aged 8 to 15 (at 16 young people can join the 'senior' gym).

Activator sessions enable young people of all ability levels to become more active and learn about the benefits of a healthier life style.

If you wish to use the gym on more frequent basis (before your 16th birthday) why not consider our SHOKK Gym based at the Pemberton Centre.

Opening Hours

Mondays-Fridays 3.30pm - 5.30pm

Saturdays- Sundays 1pm - 2pm

*On Saturdays and Sundays between 2pm and 5pm Activators can use the Gym at the Nene Centre if accompanied by an adult who is a member of Aspirations.
