Gym Facilities
Our air-conditioned fitness suites at the Pemberton Centre and the Nene Centre are fitted with an extensive range of cardiovascular and resistance state-of-the-art equipment, including the revolutionary Power Plates. Both gyms are IFI (Inclusive Fitness Initiative) accredited.
Whilst you don't have to be a member to use our facilities, we offer a variety of Aspirations Membership packages to suit your needs. Membership may be a cheaper option for your fitness needs.
Our friendly staff are fully qualified and are there to encourage, motivate and help you to achieve your desired goals.

SHOKK Gym for Young People and Young Adults
SHOKK Gym, based at the Pemberton Centre, is equipped with a cutting-edge gym facility designed for young people aged 8-14. SHOKK Gym enables young people of all ability levels to become more active and better educated about the benefits of a healthy life style.
SHOKK SENIOR, for young adults aged 14-15 years, is situated in our Aspirations gym. It is supervised by a qualified instructor and is a bookable session only. Designated machines are only available during the session - this is to ensure the safety of the group.
The sessions are still fun and designed to give the older participants a chance to be in an adult enviroment with more equipment to use. This has given us more space in SHOKK gym for the younger people and helps the transition from junior exerciser to adult exerciser in the facility.
