About Us

East Northamptonshire Cultural Trust (ENCT), which trades as Cultural Community Partnerships (CCP), is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. The company manages three leisure centres within the district:  the Pemberton Leisure and Conference Centre and Splash Leisure Pool both situated in Rushden and the Nene Centre in Thrapston.
