The Sport and Arts Programme is a partnership scheme between rural Parish Councils and Village Hall Management Committees who provide their village/community halls and open spaces free of charge in exchange for sport and art/craft activities for 8 - 13 year olds in their villages.
Sessions last two hours 10.00am - 12.00pm or 2.00pm - 4.00pm and are staffed by qualified CRB checked staff delivering a variety of sports such as uni-hoc and balloon volleyball to clay modelling and glass painting and sessions are FREE. The sessions are booked on the day by parents/guardians who are required to fill out a medical/disclaimer form prior to activity taking place.
