Why not gain yourself a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)!

This course teaches you first aid, lifesaving skills and lifeguarding techniques. It is governed by the Royal Life Saving Society and could potentially give you the skills to become a lifeguard.

To attend the course you have to be age 16 by the date of assessment,but if you enjoy swimming you’re already half way there! With courses running throughout the year at Splash Leisure Pool you are only a phone call away from getting booked on. Phone the relevant centre to book for only £230.
